Chris Ratcliffe
is a graphic designer who trained as a fine artist at Camberwell College
of Art and has worked with screenprinting for 15 years.
He has experimented extensively with the possibilities
of printing using materials including dust, glitter and mould, and surfaces
such as furniture, dartboards and even a coffin.
Chris’s wry observations of the urban environment
result in witty products and prints, whilst his work in digital media
and art direction has led to collaborations with designers from a range
of disciplines including fashion, publishing and advertising.
Chris regularly teaches at Central Saint Martins College
of Art and Design and University of the Creative Arts Epsom, and has
ongoing involvement at Camberwell College of Art, London College of Fashion
and The Sorrell Foundation. |
